After a break of some months, we decided to go to Hai Oan coffee-shop for our favourite three-quarter boiled egg breakfast with toast.
The eggs are as good as ever though both us limited ourselves to one each – cholesterol reasons for me and breakfast being too near lunch time for darling hubby.
As always, the toast came with too much "butter." The "butter" is actually margarine and they really pile it on.
See how much gunk I had to scrape off? And there was still plenty left on the toast.
